services. We were created by
Hartford Health
Care Corporation, the parent company of
Hartford Hospital,
and are owned by Advanced Behavioral Health LLC (ABH®) and
Hartford Health
Care Corporation. |

The BHC network consists of
licensed and credentialed providers. Our network offers members easy
access (24 hours a day, seven days a week) and a choice of many
specialized mental health and substance abuse providers for all
professional disciplines at convenient locations. |

Managed Behavioral Health Care Program |
| BHC manages behavioral health
care benefits for members enrolled in self-insured and fully insured
commercial plans. As a provider-sponsored organization, BHC strives
to provide accessible, high quality services to covered members and
to manage members’ behavioral health care benefits consistent with
nationally recognized quality standards. |
